What an Exciting last two years! We have seen the Foreclosure market literally explode… and it's not over yet – We are going to see things get worse, or better depending on who you are and which side of the foreclosure action you are on. There is some debate about what caused the implosion of the mortgage industry, but regardless of who's fault it is, there are a lot of people facing foreclosure! More than a year ago the majority of foreclosures being filed were in the sub-prime market – those people with poor credit who qualified for their mortgage only because underwriting guidelines were relaxed. Compound all of these problems now with indications that we are in a recession.

Today it's more than just the sub-prime market that's affected… and there are so many opportunities for so many regular people like you and me to make a killing on several different aspects of this market.

I've been working in the Foreclosure market since 2004 and I'm here to share with you some of the things that I've learned. I'm also going to share with you my picks – Short Sale books, courses, and material that will help you get started quickly.

At some point in the Short Sale process you are going to have to provide to the bank a preliminary settlement statement – the HUD-1 is a universal form to convey the details of all Real Estate transactions.
